Thai Basil Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

● 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

● ½ cup fresh basil, chopped

● 2 T soy sauce

● ½ juice of a lime

● ½ T minced garlic

● 2 T chili paste

● 2 T vegetable oil

● 2 chipped and quartered zucchinis

● ½ cup slivered carrot

● ¼ cup chopped cilantro

● 2 T fish sauce

● ½ T minced ginger

● 2 t sugar

● 1 T cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the spices and sugar together, then set aside. You can add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Heat oil add veggies and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add the sauce and cook it for 5 more minutes until tender.
